Project Solutions Group, Inc. (PSG) and Thomas & Co. Realty Advisors, LLC. (Thomas & Co.) are pleased to announce their exclusive agreement with EFO Capital Management, Inc., a private holding company headquartered in Washington, DC. to manage and market the new Vint Hill Technology Campus at Vint Hill in Fauquier County, VA.
Vint Hill Technology Campus is now an established technology site serving the fast expanding data center market in Northern Virginia. The Vint Hill Technology Campus spans approximately 113 acres and can accommodate more than 1,500,000 square feet of data center facilities. The site is zoned by right for data center use and will have sufficient redundant power and redundant communication channels.
The Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) purchased 8.6 acres at Vint Hill Technology Campus with plans to build a 165 MW expandable substation to serve potential data centers, technology facilities and businesses including the planned Virginia Veterans Care Center expected to break ground this summer on the former Army base in Fauquier County, Virginia. According to Supervisor Holder Trumbo, NOVEC has agreed to run the high-voltage lines to the substation underground to minimize the substation's visual impact. The new substation greatly increases the viability for this prime site.
Vint Hill Technology Campus conforms to all Federal data center setback requirements and the highest-level secured environment, being the home of the FAA’s Potomac Tricon and OVH’s secured data center site. The property enjoys the support and commitment of Fauquier County for continued expansion of the data center market.
Vint Hill Technology Campus has international market appeal. Its prime benefits are the competitive land value, security, their own water supply, 165MW of power, connectivity and the backing of Fauquier County Board of Supervisors and Fauquier County Economic Development Authority.
