Project Managers - Loudoun, Fauquier, Prince William, Clarke Counties

The ideal Project Manager would have 5 plus years of construction management experience and be able to pass a background check. Knowledge of MEP systems are a plus.

Position Summary

Reports to Managing Director and/or Principal.

Independently formulates the overall project approach for clients.

Lead responsible for construction projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation of projects. 

Produces required and on-demand project status reports for Senior Management. 

Ensures customer satisfaction and provides quality assurance and control. 

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently. 

Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, and the ability to present the solutions in a manner that is easy to understand. 

May work full time on-site to oversee, manage, and coordinate a project during Construction and Project Close-Out including the Design/Build Team, cost and schedule tracking/reporting, document control, etc. 

Anticipates potential financial problems/risk management and works to avoid them or resolve them quickly before they become a larger problem. 

Ensures that all required contractor documentation is accurate and within contract obligations/requirements.

Minimum Requirements

B.S. in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management, or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Five or more years of construction management experience.

Must have managed projects above $2M in value.

Domestic travel required 20%.

Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience with construction management software (i.e. Procore, Prolog, etc.) a plus.

Current PMP and LEED Certifications a plus.
