Project Solutions Group has provided Project, Construction, and Relocation Management Services to Servcorp since 2013. Servcorp is an Australian-based company and leading provider of high quality Executive Suites and Virtual Offices with over 160 locations globally.
PSG has managed projects in Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, and most notably, at Freedom Tower, One World Trade Center in New York City. PSG managed these four projects over a nine-month period as part of Servcorp's national expansion program.
PSG assisted in negotiations for their 15-year lease and provided Project Management Services for the build out of this LEED Gold space.
We directly managed the activities of the construction, access control, and cabling contractors, along with supervising the furniture vendor and design team.
PSG overcame the challenges of high-level inspections by the Port Authority and stringent security standards for this building, the most secure and expensive building in the country.
Another challenge we conquered was the receiving of deliveries and getting the materials and work force to the 85th floor of a high security building.
The artwork displayed throughout the virtual office space is a unique compilation of Servcorp's owner, Alfred Moufarrige's personal collection.
Hardwood floors in a herringbone pattern replicating a floor in the family home compliment the open work station environment.
