This Client required an experienced firm that understood the complexities of upgrading the critical infrastructure in an occupied building with zero downtime. The mission of the facility is confidential but the operations are a matter of national security.
Prior to PSG being involved in the assignment, the health of the project was extremely poor with very little progress and no clear path to achieve success. Once engaged, PSG helped bring the appropriate team members on board and focused the entire team on a unified goal.
PSG consulted with the client to develop a realistic, yet aggressive master schedule.
We facilitated the project meetings and maintained the master action item log in order to keep the project moving ahead and on time.
In an effort to build a superior project team, PSG identified a list of qualified contractors and commissioning agents based on their previous experience and relationships.
PSG’s guidance on the project schedule resulted in a “buy-in” by all team members and an alignment with expectations and deliverables.
