Vice President of our Richmond, Virginia office, Ted Tremain, MCR, PMP directs PSG’s organizational and strategic operations in the Richmond, VA (RVA) market. Ted is a results-driven leader in the Commercial Real Estate and Construction Management Industries with an extraordinary ability to see opportunities and issues from multiple perspectives and ensure well-grounded and fully integrated options as potential solutions.
Ted leverages his 25+ years of experience in project, program and portfolio management in the construction, technology and financial services industries to continuously deliver award-winning, innovative, and operationally efficient spaces for clients. He has a demonstrated track record of building strong relationships among cross-functional teams to achieve project and program objectives.
Prior to joining PSG Ted served as Regional Design & Construction Delivery Lead for Capital One, leading the efforts for their Corporate Real Estate / Workplace Solutions - Design and Construction for the Central Virginia region. He was the driving force for award-winning projects such as 1717 Innovation Center conversion of a 110-year-old tobacco warehouse, and Capital One’s multi-year program to modernize 1.25M SF at the 12-building Richmond Campus, incorporating new workplace strategies.
A long-time resident of the RVA community, Ted is a James Madison University graduate, earned his Masters of Project Management at George Washington University and his PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
